The Milton Keynes Area was formed in July 2000, in response to the growing numbers of MX-5 Owners in and around the new city. At July 2009 there were 70 members joining in our activities - coming, not only from Milton Keynes itself, but surrounding areas of Buckingham, Bedford, Luton, Dunstable and numerous villages.

Milton Keynes MX-5 Owners Club meet at The Cock Hotel, High Street, Stony Stratford, MK11 1AH, on the first Wednesday of each month. The meeting starts at about 8.00 pm, but come and join us for a meal first from 7.00. There's plenty of parking in the High Street, or at the back of the pub.

Each month there is an update of events taking place locally and nationally, general planning and discussion of activities and an opportunity for everyone to express their opinions and offer suggestions. We also have fun whenever possible! So far during 2009 we have had a holiday in Cornwall, a picnic at Wrest Park and several evening and weekend drives to country pubs. Members take turns in arranging these activities with everyone prepared to have a go at something.

We're not a techie bunch, spending time with our heads under bonnets, tweaking engines - though there are some tyre-kicking activities for the keen! Our annual Best Kept Car competition is always fiercely contested! We're mainly a social club who prefer to enjoy driving our cars to interesting places and making friends and always welcome new members.
